Why Choose Rekonova Zirconia?
High Flexural Strength
Excellent mechanical performance for reliable crown and bridge restorations.
Natural Translucency
Balanced translucency and strength for aesthetic anterior and posterior cases.
Stable Sintering Performance
Consistent shrinkage rate and reliable fit after sintering.
Excellent Milling Efficiency
Smooth milling performance, reduced chipping and stable edge quality.
Features & Benefits
Natural 4D Multilayer Gradient
Four seamlessly integrated layers create a natural transition in shade, translucency, and strength, reproducing the optical characteristics of natural teeth without visible transition lines.
Lifelike Translucency
With translucency ranging from 43% to 57%, 4D Pro delivers greater brightness and vitality in the incisal area while maintaining balanced masking ability in the cervical area.
Zone-Specific Strength
The flexural strength gradually changes from approximately 700 MPa in the incisal area to up to 1,050 MPa in the cervical area, combining esthetic performance with dependable strength.
Versatile Clinical Applications
Suitable for a wide range of restorations, including anterior and posterior crowns, three-unit bridges, veneers, inlays, and onlays.
Efficient Sintering Workflow
Compatible with conventional and speed-sintering protocols, helping dental laboratories optimize production efficiency for different restoration requirements.
Smooth Milling and Easy Finishing
High-quality pre-sintered zirconia supports smooth milling, stable margins, and precise fabrication. Its monolithic design is also suitable for staining, glazing, and selective micro-layering.

Specs
Flexural Strength
The flexural strength gradually increases from approximately 700 MPa in the incisal area to up to 1,050 MPa in the cervical area, providing a balanced combination of high esthetics and reliable mechanical performance.
Layer Structure
The 4D multilayer structure features a gradual transition in color, translucency, and strength, reproducing the natural optical and functional characteristics of a natural tooth.
Connector Dimensions
For reliable bridge performance, a minimum connector cross-sectional area of 9 mm² is recommended for anterior bridges and 12 mm² for posterior bridges. The final design should be determined according to the restoration type, span, occlusal conditions, and CAD/CAM software parameters.
Sintering Options
4D Pro can be sintered using a conventional sintering cycle or an approved speed-sintering protocol, depending on the furnace model and restoration size. Always follow the recommended sintering parameters provided by the manufacturer.
Available Sizes
Available sizes include Ø98 mm and Ø71 mm discs in multiple thickness options, such as 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, and 25 mm. Availability may vary by shade and thickness.
| Diameter | Available Thicknesses |
|---|---|
| Ø98 mm | 10 / 12 / 14 / 16 / 18 / 20 / 22 / 25 mm |
| Ø71 mm | 10 / 12 / 14 / 16 / 18 / 20 / 22 / 25 mm |
Translucency
The translucency gradually increases toward the incisal area, reaching up to approximately 57%, while the cervical area maintains a lower translucency of approximately 43% for a natural balance of depth, brightness, and masking ability.
Minimum Thickness
A minimum wall thickness of approximately 0.6 mm is recommended for anterior restorations and 0.7 mm for posterior restorations. The final thickness should be adjusted according to the restoration type, preparation design, occlusal load, and clinical conditions.
Indications
4D Pro is indicated for a wide range of monolithic and minimally layered restorations, including anterior crowns, posterior crowns, three-unit bridges, veneers, inlays, and onlays. It is designed to provide a natural esthetic gradient together with reliable strength for daily clinical applications.
